This large sized Turquoise and Sterling Silver band ring is stamped "Dine Begaye". We were unable to find any information on the individual artist. However, "Begaye" is a famous last name among Native American artists. The ring contains many traditional Native American styles including twisted wire, leafs, and crescent stamping.
The ring is stamped ".925" which stands for Sterling Silver purity. It weighs approximately 8 grams. The ring is about 2/3rds of an inch at its widest and about 1/4 inch at it's narrowest.
The three turquoise cabochons look as if they could be Sleeping Beauty Turquoise. The largest center cabochon is about 2/5ths of an inch tall and about 1/4 of an inch wide. The smaller cabochons are about 1/4 of an inch in diameter.
